Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a strong>detail-oriented Call Quality Evaluator / Monitor/strong> to join our Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer calls, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and score customer calls based on quality standards
Analyze call recordings and identify areas for improvement
Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong analytical and listening skills
High attention to detail and objective judgment
Languages:
Arabic native or near-native
English Upper-Intermediate
French Upper-Intermediate
