Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
CAM Software Operation: Utilize CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, Fusion 360) to develop toolpaths for CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.).
-Program Development: Create, modify, and optimize CNC machine programs for new and existing products.
-Machine Setup: Work closely with the shop floor team to ensure machines are set up properly with the correct tooling and parameters.
-Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing processes and suggest improvements to reduce waste, enhance precision, and improve overall efficiency.
-Solid understanding of machining processes and tooling.
-Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-At least 3 years of experience in a CAM Engineer role or similar.
-Proven experience with CAM software and CNC programming ( SolidWorks , Mastercam, and Power Mill & etc.).
