Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
The CAM Engineer will ensure the proper implementation of technical requirements, provide technical support to the maintenance and material department, plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for helicopters. They will also maintain documentation of maintenance activities, update flight data, and issue and track maintenance work orders. The CAM Engineer will be responsible for maintaining aircraft history, archiving records, updating logbooks, and managing configuration changes and discrepancies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations
- Comply with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations
- Plan and update short and long-term maintenance activities
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance activities for timely compliance
- Maintain aircraft history, archiving, and documentation
- Issue and track routine, unscheduled, configuration change, defect, and discrepancy work orders
- Update airframe and engines logbook
- Other duties as assigned
SPECIFICATIONS:
GENERAL
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated individual able to work autonomously or as part of a team
PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
- Five or more years of experience working with Aircraft Maintenance Documentation
- Five or more years of experience in Helicopter CAMO
- One year of experience in a PMO setting
SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of Airbus helicopters' products
- Knowledge and application of Airbus Helicopters supply chain processes
ESSENTIAL
- English Proficiency (Advanced Level)
- Engineering orientation and delivery focus
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with EASA Regulation CAMO Part - M and Part - 66
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of Fleet Management Systems (e.g., Rusada Envision)
- Airbus Helicopters CAMO experience
- Familiarity with G Suite
Desired Candidate Profile
Five or more years of experience working with Aircraft Maintenance Documentation, Five or more years of experience in Helicopter CAMO, One year of experience in a PMO setting, English Proficiency (Advanced Level), Engineering orientation and delivery focus, Attention to detail, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Familiarity with EASA Regulation CAMO Part - M and Part - 66, Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
