Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field. Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., SERV Safe, HACCP, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee camp operations, ensuring safety and compliance with organizational policies. Coordinate camp schedules, activities, and logistics. Manage camp staff and volunteers, ensuring effective training and support. Engage with campers and parents to enhance the overall experience.
To lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of catering and facilities management services at the desert location. The Unit Manager ensures service delivery meets client expectations, complies with company standards, and is executed safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
