Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the labor accommodation camp
Manage accommodation for civil and MEP construction workers
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and utilities
Handle worker complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain camp records (occupancy, inventory, etc.)
Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies
Coordinate food/catering services and monitor quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Camp Boss in UAE
Experience handling large workforce (construction workers preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
