Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently to maintain high standards of service.
Manage and coordinate accommodation logistics for staff and guests, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
Supervise and train camp staff, fostering a collaborative team environment to enhance performance and morale.
Implement and uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all camp occupants.
Maintain discipline and wellbeing
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Certifications in health and safety, food handling, or first aid are highly desirable to ensure compliance with regulations.
Experience in remote or offshore camp settings is advantageous, highlighting adaptability and resilience.
