Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily camp activities to ensure smooth functioning, service quality, and adherence to company standards.

  • Handle documentation, attendance sheets, leave requests, reports, and general office coordination with staff.

  • Manage staff and guest accommodation arrangements, room allocation, and routine maintenance to ensure safety and comfort.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in camp management or a similar role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
