Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily camp operations from morning to night
  • Oversee food planning, meal distribution, and maintain accurate food records
  • Monitor hygiene, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards in the camp
  • Coordinate transportation of staff to and from work sites
  • Maintain attendance, time office records, and leave management
  • Handle welfare and day-to-day needs of all camp residents
  • Supervise camp staff and ensure smooth operations

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and Arabic
  • Knowledge of hygiene, housekeeping, and food management in camps

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

  • 310 years of experience in camp management or similar supervisory roles
  • Proven experience managing large teams (100+ staff) including engineers, managers, and workmen
  • Immediate joining preferred
  • Candidates with prior experience in Oman / GCC will be given preference
