Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Organise and supervise the daily operation of the cafeteria
- Manage supplies (orders, reception, storage)
- Control the quality of meals served
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Supervise and coordinate staff (cooks, assistants, servers)
- Manage stocks and avoid shortages or losses
- Monitor the budget and optimize costs
- Establish management and monitoring reports
