Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:  

  • Organise and supervise the daily operation of the cafeteria
  • Manage supplies (orders, reception, storage)
  • Control the quality of meals served
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Supervise and coordinate staff (cooks, assistants, servers)
  • Manage stocks and avoid shortages or losses
  • Monitor the budget and optimize costs
  • Establish management and monitoring reports
