Roles & Responsibilities

Accountabilities

Identify learning needs, design and deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet goals. Conduct field visits for skill implementation and create coaching plans. Enhance training through social learning and assess tools for performance impact. Assist in capabilities building and onboarding. Foster communication, support innovation, and help manage projects to meet objectives efficiently.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Pharmaceutical / Medical Background & Education

- A minimum of three years of Training Experience

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Pharmaceutical background is a plus- Learning design and development skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Professional L&D certifications

- Social learning management

- LMS management
