Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides support and assistance, and participates as required, in the development, integration, implementation, reporting, communication, and training related to corporate planning activities across client.
- This includes the preparation, review, and evaluation of strategic plans; the development and maintenance of the company-wide performance management system; and the administration of the Capital Investment Appraisal Process.
- Designs, implements, and monitors various performance measures, including setting targets and KPIs. Coordinates and ensures compliance with agreed contract terms and conditions.
- Proficient in MS Office and other related software applications.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in financial modeling, including the use of Excel and other financial software.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of capital budgeting principles, including discounted cash flow analysis, ROI, and payback period calculations.
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or management discipline (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, MIS, CIS).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Holds a transferable residence.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on capital budgeting.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Showcases proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Needs to be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.
