Capital Surveys is a UAE-based land and engineering survey company established in 1996 in Abu Dhabi, originally focused on the oil and gas sector. In 2003, the company opened a Dubai branch extending its coverage across the UAE. In 2009, Capital Surveys expanded its service scope to include geotechnical services and established an in-house Soil Investigation and Material Testing Laboratory. The company provides specialist surveying and geotechnical services to infrastructure, construction, and development projects across the UAE, GCC countries, and international markets.
