Description:
The Captain Career Course (CCC) Instructor operates under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. Primary responsibilities include delivering instruction for the Captain s Career Course, which teaches officers the core doctrinal foundations, including Unified Aviation Operations, Mission Command, and Leadership Principles. This instruction prepares them to succeed as Company Commanders and Staff Officers. The role also encompasses classroom and hands-on instruction, developing and revising course materials, evaluating student performance, and managing technical equipment and student training records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required, in Military Studies, Strategic Studies, Leadership, or related field highly preferred.

Graduate of the US Army Captain Career Course or an equivalent military/civilian program.

Must be an Officer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including significant leadership and staff roles.

7 years of combined experience in military and civilian related fields.

Completion of professional military education courses relevant to the Captains Career Course.

Instructional Skills: Ability to develop syllabi, deliver classroom instruction, and provide hands-on training to Captain Career Course candidates.

Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, tactics.

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Pro.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
