Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with dealerships and private sellers to secure the best possible deals on vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, utilizing checklists and diagnostic tools to assess condition and identify potential issues.
- Manage the acquisition process, including paperwork, title transfers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Research market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and stay informed about industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, dealerships, and other stakeholders involved in the car buying process.
- Coordinate vehicle transportation and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on vehicle purchases, including cost analysis, performance metrics, and market insights.
- Manage and maintain a budget for vehicle purchases, tracking expenses and optimizing spending to maximize value.
- Identify and evaluate different financing options, including loans, leases, and other financial instruments.
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality standards, including safety, performance, and appearance requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with dealerships and private sellers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options, including loans, leases, and other financial instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel as needed.
