1) Workshop Operations Management • Oversee day-to-day workshop activities and ensure smooth workflow. • Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress and quality. • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization inside the workshop. • Implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. 2) Technical Expertise • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on vehicles—especially European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.). • Guide the team on complex repairs and ensure adherence to best practices. • Verify repairs and ensure quality control before releasing vehicles to customers. 3) Team Leadership • Lead, train, and mentor mechanics and technicians. • Build a strong technical team and maintain a positive work environment. • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to improve skills and productivity. 4) Customer Interaction (as needed) • Communicate with clients regarding diagnostics, required repairs, timelines, and expectations. • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional handling of any issues. • Support in building long-term relationships with clients. 5) Inventory & Tools Management • Oversee tools, equipment, and workshop assets. • Ensure availability of necessary parts and materials. • Coordinate with suppliers and manage incoming/outgoing parts. 6) Reporting & Administration • Prepare basic operational reports (workload, repair types, parts usage, etc.). • Maintain service records and ensure documentation is accurate. • Support in establishing pricing structures, packages, and service menus. 7) Business Development Support • Provide insights on improving services, expanding offerings, or optimizing operations. • Assist in strategies for attracting customers and improving workshop reputation. • Help shape the workshop
