Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, priming, and masking, ensuring a flawless base for paint application.
- Precisely match and mix automotive paints using advanced color-matching technology, achieving seamless color consistency.
- Apply paint coatings using spray guns with precision, controlling spray patterns and thickness for a professional finish.
- Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections like runs or sags, and skillfully correct them through wet sanding and polishing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Possession of a relevant automotive painting certification, validating professional competence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive painting, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience working within the automotive industry, indicating familiarity with industry standards.
