Car Plates - Sales Officer Syarah

Responsibilities

• Listing cars plates purchased by the company across all social media platforms and selling them to customers.
• Following up on cars plate requests and communicating with customers to complete sales, resolving any delays or issues.
• Dealing directly with customers and persuading them to complete sales.
• Coordinating with government entities (Traffic Department, Absher, and others) to complete registration procedures.
• Coordinating with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth license plate delivery.
• Supporting customers by answering inquiries related to license plates and registration status.

• Previous experience in buying and selling vehicle license plates or working in car dealerships is preferred.
• Knowledge of listing license plates on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
• Solid understanding of vehicle registration and license plate issuance procedures.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
