Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming to ensure a flawless finish, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Precisely match paint colors using advanced mixing techniques and equipment, guaranteeing seamless integration with existing paintwork.
- Apply paint coats with precision, utilizing spray guns and other tools to achieve a smooth, even, and professional-grade finish.
- Conduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and rectifying any imperfections or defects to maintain quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Completion of a recognized automotive painting apprenticeship or vocational program.
- Valid certifications in automotive painting and related areas.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in car spray painting within a professional body shop environment.
