Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end management of card issuance, activation, and maintenance processes for healthcare and employee benefit programs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless card production, personalization, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor card inventory levels, track usage, and initiate replenishment orders as needed to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to card activation, deactivation, replacement, or malfunction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, data privacy, and security protocols throughout all card management activities.
  • Generate regular reports on card usage, transaction trends, and operational performance for management review.
  • Support the implementation of new card-related products, features, or enhancements in collaboration with IT and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of cardholder data, transaction logs, and audit trails in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in card management.
  • Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to ensure adherence to operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in card management, operations, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with card management software or databases.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from reports.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and data privacy standards relevant to card operations.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
