About the Role
Major Accountabilities
• Drive Competitive Sales Growth : Identify and prioritize high-potential HCPs and stakeholders through data analysis; deliver customer-centric experiences to boost performance.
• Engage and Build Relationships : Conduct value-based conversations, personalize engagement journeys, and foster long-term collaborations with HCPs and key influencers.
• Develop Deep Customer Insights : Gather and share actionable insights, leverage data to adjust plans dynamically, and translate feedback into value-added actions.
• Deliver Value to Customers and Patients : Collaborate cross-functionally to address unmet needs, act as a trusted partner, and create compliant, ethical solutions that enhance patient care.
• Act with Integrity and Compliance : Uphold Novartis Code of Ethics, report adverse events within 24 hours, and manage marketing sample distribution responsibly.
• Achieve Business Growth Objectives : Meet agreed budgets and timelines while excelling in execution of SFE KPIs and strategic projects.
• Implement Marketing Strategies : Execute marketing messages, manage and engage TMEs by understanding their needs, and ensure effective account mapping.
• Collaborate and Share Insights : Drive cross-functional communication, share insights proactively, and support alignment across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Degree in Pharmacy or relevant discipline.
Cardio Renal Metabolic (CRM) experience is required
Solid communication skills, analytical skills and presentation skills.
Established experience in successfully managing and engaging TMEs.
