Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and launching card-related campaigns (cashback, vouchers, and spend-based offers) in collaboration with internal and externa partners
  • Leading cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth rollouts of new card products and services.
  • Manage Credit Cards portfolio performance ENR and ANR.
  • Managing internal communications and training for newly launched card features and promotions.
  • Design and execute targeted card campaigns based on customer segmentation.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis of card usage, customer activity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle end-to-end implementation of new card products and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational teams.
  • Lead induction and awareness sessions for branch staff and newly hired employees about card products and customer programs.
  • Support call center, collections, and credit teams with updated card information.
