Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles:

  • Design and execute targeted card campaigns based on customer segmentation.

  • Conduct in depth performance analysis of card usage, customer activity, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Handle end to end implementation of new card products and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational teams.

  • Lead induction and awareness sessions for branch staff and newly hired employees about card products and customer programs.

  • Support call center, collections, and credit teams with updated card information.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: University degree from a reputable university.

  • Experience: Min. 1-3 years' experience.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Proficiency in modeling/spreadsheet and Strong understanding of customer market dynamics requirements.

  • Creative thinking, problem solving, decisions taking and results oriented.

  • Presentation and communication skills Good interpersonal skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in English.
