Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students or clients regarding career options, academic pathways, and job market trends.
- Conduct psychometric tests and interpret results to help clients understand their strengths, interests, and aptitudes.
- Assist in developing personalized career plans aligned with clients goals and capabilities.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to educate students and job seekers about various professions and industries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment trends, industry developments, and educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and training providers to facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
- Document counselling sessions and maintain accurate client records while respecting confidentiality.
- Support clients in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
- Certification in Career Counselling or Guidance is an advantage.
- Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
- Empathy and the ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.
- Familiarity with psychometric testing tools and career development theories.
- Ability to conduct workshops and present information clearly.
- Prior experience in counselling, education, or human resources is a plus.
Requirement:
UAE Experience minimum 2 years and B.E.D / Specialization is mandatory.
