The government has launched the Dubai Program for Gaming 2023, with a target for to boost the sector’s contribution to GDP by USD 1 billion and create 30,000 new jobs by 2033.
Building on the success of the 2023 edition, Dubai Esports and Games Festival (DEF 2024) taking place April 19th to May 5th, promises to be action-packed extravaganza, with exclusive meet-and-greets with gaming celebrities, unreleased titles, and global premieres.
