Job Description
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home healthcare services. Your compassion, professionalism, and dedication will help enhance the well-being and comfort of our patients while supporting their families with reliable and empathetic care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and basic medical assistance to patients in their homes
Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ health conditions, including vital signs
Accompany patients to medical appointments or errands as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation and daily reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in home healthcare or a clinical/hospital setting
DHA license or eligibility is preferred
Responsible, compassionate, and adaptable to varying patient needs
Willingness to travel within assigned areas as required
