Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
it is a live in home care job.
Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, ensuring comfort and dignity for each client.
Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper techniques to promote safety and prevent injury to both the caregiver and the patient.
Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, reporting any changes to nursing staff or family members promptly.
Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to schedules and documenting administration accurately to maintain proper records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or nursing assistance are highly desirable.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in patient care.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications, ensuring preparedness for emergency situations and the safety of clients.
- 1-2 years of experience in a caregiving or healthcare role, showcasing practical skills and understanding of patient needs.
