Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care to patients with diverse needs, prioritizing their comfort and dignity.

  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring tailored care for each patient.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized care plans that address individual requirements.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to guarantee high-quality care.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the overall quality of life for patients and their families.

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment, focusing on the well-being of those you serve.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid nursing license or certification.

  • CPR and First Aid certification.

  • Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare role is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills in both Tagalog or Nepali, especially when interacting with clients and their families.

  • Experience with individuals with Autism, peg tube management, and caring for bedridden patients is highly preferred.

  • DHA certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to assist others in thriving at home.
