Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Monitor vital signs like blood pressure and heart rate, providing essential data to healthcare professionals for proper patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and document their effects, ensuring adherence to medication schedules and patient safety.
- Help patients with mobility issues by safely transferring them from beds to wheelchairs or assisting them during walks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in nursing assistance is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a caregiving or nursing assistant capacity, demonstrating hands-on skills.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid, ensuring readiness for emergency situations in patient care.
- Strong understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures, aiding effective communication with healthcare teams.
