Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate, and report any changes to the nursing staff promptly.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to care plans, while educating patients about their medications.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a trusting relationship to enhance the overall well-being of patients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a relevant healthcare certification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of patient care.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent is highly desirable, showing commitment to professional standards.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse patient interactions.
