The Carpenter Foreman for Interior Design plays a crucial role in overseeing carpentry projects focused on kitchens and wardrobes one of our leading client (Furniture Company)Al Ain. This position is vital for ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards. The foreman will lead a team of carpenters, coordinate with designers, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage carpentry work related to interior design, particularly kitchens and wardrobes.
• Interpret and execute blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of project progress and materials.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of the carpentry team to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with designers and other site staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Inspect materials and finished work to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven 4-5 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman in interior fit-outs, preferably kitchens and wardrobes.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of carpentry tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Good English speaking skills to communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Proficient in data entry and basic documentation.
• Immediate availability to join.
