Roles & Responsibilities
- Construct frameworks, structures, and fixtures by following blueprints with precision to ensure quality and safety.
- Install doors, windows, and cabinetry, utilizing advanced finishing techniques for seamless integration into existing designs.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools and power tools, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to discuss project specifications, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in carpentry or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial carpentry, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Certifications in safety standards (e.g., OSHA) and carpentry techniques are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring all work is compliant and up to standard.
