Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements, ensuring accuracy in every cut and joint.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood, plastic, and metal using hand and power tools, demonstrating precision and skill in execution.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, including frameworks, door frames, and cabinets, to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Inspect and evaluate work sites for safety compliance and structural integrity, maintaining high safety standards and minimizing risk.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in carpentry or a related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of various construction techniques.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately, showcasing attention to detail.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools, coupled with a strong safety consciousness on the job site.
