About Us At Exotic Interiors Studio, we specialize in high-end interior design and bespoke joinery solutions for commercial, retail, and residential spaces across the UAE. We’re expanding our production team and looking for a skilled Carpenter (Joinery) who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and luxury finishes. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for joinery works. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood, MDF, veneer, and other materials according to project requirements. Construct and install custom furniture, cabinets, doors, wall panels, and other interior joinery elements. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Perform on-site installations and ensure perfect fitting and finishing. Work closely with the production and design team to maintain quality standards and timelines. Carry out finishing, polishing, or lamination when required. Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain tools and workspace in good condition. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery or carpentry (preferably in UAE). Strong knowledge of furniture and interior joinery construction. Ability to understand and execute from technical drawings. Skilled in cutting, assembling, edge-banding, laminating, and veneer work. Experience with MDF, solid wood, and veneer finishes. Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. UAE experience preferred.
