Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and Layout: Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine dimensions, materials, and layout requirements.
Framing and Structure: Constructing, assembling, and installing building frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, and door frames.
Installation and Finishing: Installing cabinets, shelving, doors, windows, molding, staircases, and trim.
Material Preparation: Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping wood, fiberglass, and other materials using hand tools, power saws, and machinery.
Repair and Maintenance: Removing, replacing, or repairing damaged structures, such as cabinets, floors, or woodwork.
Site Management: Ensuring a safe, clean work environment, setting up scaffolding, and collaborating with other tradespeople.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry
Experience working with wood machinery
Ability to read drawings and execute work accurately
Commitment to work schedules and teamwork
