Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute precise carpentry tasks, including framing, installation, and finishing of structures according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on carpentry equipment and structures to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific trade certifications.

  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial carpentry.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
