Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage carpentry/joinery teams on-site and in the workshop
  • Read, interpret, and execute shop drawings accurately
  • Plan and achieve required production targets as per project schedules
  • Coordinate installation activities at site
  • Ensure full execution of joinery works from start to finish
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams
  • Maintain quality, safety, and timely delivery of works

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in carpentry/joinery supervision
  • Strong knowledge of joinery works, materials, and finishing
  • Good understanding of drawings and execution procedures
  • Ability to handle teams and manage production efficiently
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
