Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct carpentry teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks, guaranteeing precision and craftsmanship in all carpentry work.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating them into practical carpentry tasks for the team.
- Manage material procurement and inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring timely availability of resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in a supervisory role (foreman or supervisor) within the construction, fit-out, Interior, joinery industry.
Technical Skills: Expertise in reading shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Practical Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with wood types, joinery production, furniture making, door installation, and finishing.
Tools: Familiarity with carpentry tools, power saws, joinery equipment.
Leadership: Ability to lead a team of carpenters, manage productivity, and ensure quality control
UAE license will be an added advantage
Indian Nationality
