We are recruiting customer service representatives for inbound calls at our Yaacoub El Mansour site.
Job description
The Foundever Group is recruiting, for its Yaacoub El Mansour site for its client which operates in the field of consumer electronics and household appliances, customer advisors to receive calls whose mission will be to provide assistance to customers in difficulty in a spirit of loyalty and satisfaction by providing a complete and reliable response to their requests.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
R to receive customer calls
Listen to and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution.
Apply the defined processes and master the use of the tools
Report any information that could help identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
Contribute to the smooth running of the service
Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Profile
Having completed a high school diploma or higher
A good level of French (both spoken and written)
The meaning of listening and service
A good knowledge of computer tools
Diligent, involved, punctual.
