Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Some Key Duties
- Manage daily wireline operations and service delivery at the field level
- Ensure compliance with HSE, operational, and quality standards
- Lead and mentor field crews and supervisors
- Coordinate with clients, engineering, and support functions
- Monitor job performance, KPIs, and operational risks
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar position , SLB Wireline (Cased Hole) experience in preferable
- Previous role as FSM / PSDM / JDL / Service Delivery Manager
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Strong leadership and operational decision-making skills
