Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handles customer complaints.
Identifies and resolve client concerns.
Follow up orders, returns and control orders when market varies.
Communicates new product information or marketing activities & trade deals.
Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients.
Manage company s assets: Van, Palm, Printer, Official documents.
Follow up and implement sales contracts/displays/trade deals/target when available.
Have wide product knowledge.
Establishes and maintain current client and acquire new ones.
Secure collection of payment.
Coordinates and secure daily orders and adjustments.
Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees when needed.
The duties of a cash van may require performing his duties on Sundays or Holidays.
Performs other duties as assigned.
