Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve brands sales & distribution targets within the assigned geography (effective demand generation, issuance of invoices, and cash collection).

Comply to set operational KPIs and the company s Route-to-market operating software.

Expand company s visibility & availability: Horizontally via expanding coverage month on month, and vertically via maximizing then sustaining highest lines per invoice.

Comply with company standard procedures in terms of invoicing, cash collection & reconciliation, and stock reconciliation.

Manage freshness (FIFO) principles across the van and retail to block any possible damage or return.

Ensure products are effectively loaded, stored and transported under appropriate conditions and cleanliness condition.

Report competitive activities on weekly basis.

Ensure correct pricing in the assigned geography as per recommended selling prices.

Deliver superior execution, monitoring and delivery of brand activity at outlet level: Ensure availability visibility accessibility point of sales material for all products within the assigned geography are as per the communicated brands guidelines.

Drive the company van safely and responsibly, complying with traffic and safety regulations

Ensure daily cleanliness and basic maintenance of the van

Safeguard company assets including inventory, cash, and sales equipment

Comply with company policies and Lebanese laws and regulations

Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior with customers

Be adaptable and support additional operational tasks as required

Contribute ideas to improve route planning, sales efficiency, and product visibility

Actively help establish the company s food products in new markets

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma (minimum)

At least 7 years experience in cash van sales or FMCG sales preferred

Valid Lebanese driving license

Ultimate knowledge of local areas and routes

Basic math and cash-handling skills
