Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Take and input guest orders accurately into the POS system.

Process payments (cash, credit, room charge, etc.) and issue receipts.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier and order-taking areas.

Monitor inventory of takeaway items, menus, and payment supplies.

Follow company cash-handling and customer service policies.

Support the team in closing duties and daily sales reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math and computer (POS) skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a cashier or order taker in hospitality or F&B is an asset.
