Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Task Description:
- Accurately process cash exchanges, chip redemptions, marker issuance, and account settlements for casino guests
- Provide courteous, professional service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Verify identification and documentation for all transactions in accordance with gaming regulations and company policy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation at all times
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve minor discrepancies with professionalism
- Adhere to all internal controls, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift
- Report any suspicious activity, discrepancies, or procedural violations to the Cage Supervisor
- Maintain strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and responsible gaming standards
- Assist in preparing daily transaction summaries and balancing reports
- Monitor inventory levels of cash, chips, and other instruments, and notify supervisors of replenishment needs
- Support the drop and count procedures as required, ensuring accuracy and security
- Collaborate with Cage, Count, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operational workflow
- Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn s grooming and conduct standards
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and service excellence
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in finance, business, or hospitality preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or casino cage operations
- Strong understanding of financial procedures and gaming regulations
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential transactions
- Proficiency in casino systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
