Urgent Hiring: Restaurant Cashier cum Supervisor
Location: Dubai

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier to join our restaurant team. If you're a Muslim Indian or Pakistani national currently in the UAE, with a passion for hospitality and fluent in Hindi, this is your opportunity to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Take and confirm customer orders politely.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring excellent service.
Handle takeaway and phone orders when needed.
Balance cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service staff.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.

Supervisory Duties:
Oversee daily restaurant operations during shift.
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
Maintain service quality and resolve customer issues promptly.
Monitor staff performance and report to management.
Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and opening/closing duties.
Check inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen when required.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and cash handling protocols.


Requirements:
Indian Muslim nationality preferred.
Must be fluent in Hindi.
Prior experience in a restaurant or as a cashier is a plus.
Good communication and basic math skills.
Positive attitude and team player.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Only candidates currently available in the UAE will be considered.
