Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Cashier
Collect payments for customer orders and verify the conformity of the means provided.
- Record payments related to order invoices (transfers, checks, drafts, deposits) on the ERP system.
- Prepare daily cash register logs to summarize order-related receipts and report any discrepancies to the finance and accounting manager.
- Identify payment delays, inform the finance and accounting manager to follow up with customers for unpaid orders and update the status of receivables.
- Match each incoming financial flow to the corresponding customer order to maintain reliable accounting.
- Collaborating with the invoicing department and the sales manager to ensure the reliable recording of accounting data.
