Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Process payments in LBP and USD (cash in and cash out).
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
Manage order flow between customers and staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Generate daily cash reports at the end of the shift.
Reconcile cash with system records and ensure accuracy.
Maintain proper organization of cash drawer and transaction records.
Handle financial transactions with care, confidentiality, and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent.
High attention to detail.
Strong accuracy in handling cash and system transactions.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High focus and concentration during working hours.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills (system usage).
