Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
Handle cash, credit, and check transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
Prepare and process invoices and receipts for payments and refunds
Generate daily sales reports and assist in financial reconciliations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a cashier or in an accounting role, preferably in luxury retail
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactions
Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and accounting software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus
