Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately.

  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
  • Balance cash registers and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of cash and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for transaction verification.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area.
  • Follow company financial procedures and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial handling role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and billing or POS systems.
  • Strong numerical and calculation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
