Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and work area.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services and resolving minor issues.
  • Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
  • Prepare daily transaction reports and submit them to management as required.
  • Support promotional activities and upsell relevant services when appropriate.
  • Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a cashier, customer service, or related role.
  • Excellent numerical and cash handling skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
