Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Daily receiving and booking of all AR cash collection RVs, Cash Sales collection RVs, inbound clearance invoices collection RVs.
Daily receiving and booking of all COD collection RVs in Spanel.
Disbursing the expense claims after getting the proper approvals.
Timely payment of the monthly expenses like utilities, Internet etc.
Booking all required CPVs and ensuring attaching all the required documents and getting the required approvals for proceeding.
Daily depositing of all collections in the bank deposit account and issuing the proper BPV.
Keeping and filling all records according to the file register.
Perform other assignments as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 3 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of cash collection, bank deposits, and vouchers.
Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to follow procedures and work within a team.
